Forty is the new twenty. Or at least that’s what I’ve been telling myself for the last 5 years. After getting married, having my first child, and buying a house in the few years following my 40th, it certainly feels like it.
My wife, Roslynn was born and raised in Wisconsin before crossing the border to Minnesota to obtain her Bachelors in Business Management. She quickly fell in love with the lively neighborhood of Uptown, Minneapolis and made it her home for several years while starting her career in Banking. It was there that she met the love of her life- that’s me.
I did a bit of the opposite. Born and raised in Minnesota, I left for Wisconsin after high school, where I would graduate with a Bachelors in Studio Art. After college and a few more years of life experience, I found myself in living in Richfield, MN where I too, began my Banking journey.
Our paths would eventually cross when she began working for my best friend, who eventually introduced us. Our connection was instant, but our life together has been like honey- slow, sweet, and a hell of a lot of work put towards a common goal. We found passion in both our personal and professional lives, raising our beautiful daughter, Scout, and just creating with whatever we could get our hands on.
In 2020, we established Noro. When we first started, we had no idea what our life was about to look like. Six years later, we could not be more grateful. Join us as we celebrate our milestones, share in our latest adventures, build our lives, and go down rabbit holes of all varieties.
